The seasoned public relations professional brings nearly 25 years of experience.
Maria Isabel has been instrumental in shaping cultural communications strategies for leading brands in the higher education, consumer and the non-profit industries. She is a well-respected thought leader in the public relations industry and has long-served as an advocate for the growing U.S. Hispanic market. Prior to her career in public relations, she worked as a news anchor for Telemundo and Univision.
Her culture-focused approach to brand storytelling has proven highly successful; having led impactful communication projects across non-traditional and traditional media.
Maria Isabel currently serves as a board member of United Arts of Central Florida. She had previously served as a board member of Need to Read, an organization whose mission is to help families in under-served communities gain access to books, the Adult Literacy League and City of Orlando Municipal Planning Board.
